Ordinary retail suits come in standard sizes, so their measurements, style, colour, and fabric will never fit your needs perfectly.
Around 30 minutes. Our master tailors give special attention to each customer, taking each measurement with great precision.
After 30 minutes of measuring time, it will take 30-40 minutes for you and our tailors to select your preferred fabric and style of suit. Therefore in total, each session takes around an hour.
Absolutely. We will keep every detailed measurement on file as we are confident that you will reorder with us. Just let us know if there are any subsequent changes and we would then consider the need for re-measuring.

At the first appointment you will discuss your exact needs and lifestyle requirements with our master tailor.
Following this discussion, you may choose from our 6,000 fabrics and choose the one that suits your needs best.
Our master tailor will then measure you and take digital records and note any details on posture shape and size.
It will take 6-8 weeks.
It takes a few days for us to cut your paper pattern and fabric and then 5-7 weeks to hand tailor your garment. After our thorough quality control check, we will ship your garment to you.

Our master tailor will be happy to give you a trial of the raw fabric you chose before beginning to stitch your garment.

Most certainly. Bring the suit to the first appointment, and we will discuss the modifications which may be required.
Once your order is confirmed and the fabric is cut, you would not be able to cancel the order and any payments made would be non-refundable. This is because the fabric cut would not be reusable as it is cut to your specific measurements.
We are also not able to offer returns, as each garment is tailored to its client's specific posture, size, and measurements.
As our suits are hand-tailored, there may need to be small alterations to perfect your garment after the initial cut.
In this case we are able to make any necessary alterations so that you are completely satisfied. We request you to take digital photos of the specific issue(s) and email us so we can discuss the alteration procedure.
If you are not based in Hong Kong, our salesmen regularly visit your city and can always set up an appointment to discuss the procedure.
In certain cases we are able to replace the garment.
